Charmed Life
I think I need to start focusing on the fact that I lead a beautiful life. I mean, the worst things that have happened to me are:
1. My brother having cancer (he’s fine)
2. My dog dying
3. Losing 4 of my best friends
And that last one has been a great thing, honestly. Those 4 girls were draining me of all of my energy and they didn’t appreciate my friendship. People at this age are insecure and immature. I, somehow, am usually beyond that. I feel great about myself (most of the time) and I think I behave maturely as long as I’m not provoked.
But what I’m trying to say is life is too short to worry about all of the bad things. The bad things will be worked through. The good things are what we need to focus on and enjoy. If I can focus on the positives in my life, I think I will be a much happier person. So, this weekend, no matter what happens, I will be happy and have a great fucking time. Gotta have fun while I’m still young, right?
